+ What is the difference between Poly Linen and Poly Silk table skirts?
Poly Linen skirts are the most premium quality skirting in the industry. Because they are a heavier weight material, they are used primarily when skirting is used often and in more formal occasions. They are heavier than Poly Silk and have the look of fine linen.
Poly Silk skirts have a high sheen with the look of silk and are a less expensive alternative to the Poly Linen, and are used when skirting is not needed as often as well as in less formal situations. They are lighter weight than the Poly Linen.
+ So which skirt type is right for me?
Poly Linen skirts are usually used in upscale hotels, convention centers, catering companies, wedding reception centers, fine dining establishments, and resorts.
Poly Silk skirts are often used by trade shows, businesses holding meetings, schools, places of worship, and other situations in which skirting is not needed as often.
+ How do I properly care for my skirting?
Our skirts are of the best premium quality. Cheap, imported skirts require constant replacement, but ours are capable of lasting YEARS if properly cared for. Both types of skirts are long lasting and will continue to meet the flame resistant qualifications by following the care instructions below:
1) Separate like colors and machine wash in cold water.
2) Add detergent, if desired, to the water before adding the fabric.
3) Only use mild detergent, such as Ivory Snow.
3) After washing, skirts may be placed in a clothes dryer on the air only setting.
4) Remove promptly from the dryer to reduce wrinkling.
5) Skirts may be ironed using the cool setting.
Tips: Never use strong detergents or apply detergents directly to the fabric. Never use bleach. Do not expose the skirt to high heat above 140 degrees.
+ What are table skirting clips?
All of our table skirting is Velcro-backed, meaning Velcro table skirt clips are needed to properly secure your skirt to your table. For customers looking to clamp down a tablecloth, we also offer clips without Velcro. We sell a variety of clip sizes and amounts with multiple quantity discounts available.
+ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as credit card payments. Also, we can establish term billing for qualified customers pending a credit check. Please contact us for more information.
+ Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Please note that Canadian shipments are subject to tariffs/duties taxes and may have a brokerage fee charged by the freight company. These costs are added by Canadian customs and are not charged by TableSkirtingClip.com. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
+ Do you offer rush shipping?
Absolutely! Expedited shipping is available as a shipping choice during checkout or if you'd like to discuss the options please call us at: (866) 587-4369. Please note that expedited shipping is the method of shipping that will be used once an order has shipped. All in-stock items ship out quickly, but custom orders or any other order type that needs to be produced will be shipped using the method chosen as soon as production is finished. For example, if a customer chooses Next Day Air as the shipping method, this will be used once the order has been packed and shipped, and it does not guarantee that the customer will receive the order the next day.
We urge customers who require rush shipments to contact us with their time line and to discuss the fastest and least expensive way to get your order delivered. We're here to save our customers as much money as possible.
