Ordering
Orders may be placed using on our online shopping cart, by phone (770-587-4368), or by fax
(404-487-8955). Please note that phone-in/verbal orders are considered firm.
No order cancellations can be made at any time on custom or specialty products (those that are not listed
as a stock size and/or product on our website). Cancellation requests must be done
within six hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accomodate a cancellation request, but if
an order has already began production, then the order must ship. After it is received, it must follow our
return guidelines (please see: Return Guidelines, Section 1) if the customer
prefers a return.

Payments
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also
accept debit cards issued by Visa or MasterCard. There is no surcharge for paying by credit card on our website.
Please be sure that the billing address, city, state, and zip code match for the card being used. Failure to
provide accurate billing information may result in a delay or cancellation of your order. We also accept PayPal
payments and prepaid checks. If paying by check, we will wait until the funds clear in our bank account before
shipping your order. Please be sure to include all fees, including shipping (contact us for a quote). Make the check payable to: A2Z
Recognition Products, Inc. and mail to: 803 Macy Drive, Roswell, GA 30076.
Government agencies, schools, colleges, and universities may fax us a purchase order for term
billing (Net 15). Our fax number is 404-487-8955.
Canadian and international customers must pay by credit card only. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars
(USD) and we are not responsible for currency conversions or any applicable surcharges for converting foreign
currencies to U.S. Dollars by the credit card company or bank.

Shipping Policies (also see: Flat Rate, U.S., Canadian, 3rd Party
Accounts)
We require shipments
with merchandise totaling over $150.00 to have a signature upon delivery. If you request to forgo the
signature requirement, under no circumstance will we be responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. If a
package is returned to us by the carrier due to multiple unsuccessful attempts to acquire a signature, the
customer will be refunded the order amount minus the cost of outgoing shipment and the cost of return
shipment upon our receipt of the returned package(s). There is no restocking fee for the returned
merchandise.
UPS shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please use USPS as an alternative if you do not have a physical
street address for shipment. Please note that USPS shipments are not guaranteed in terms of transit times.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and do not have options for Saturday delivery. For example, a
Next Day Air order placed on Friday would not be delivered until the following Monday at the earliest (assuming it
shipped out the same day). Shipments generally leave our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take
slightly longer. Transit and delivery times vary by order size and the shipping method and/or carrier chosen. We
are not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by factors that are out of our control, such as adverse
weather conditions.
Free and Flat Rate Shipping
For a limited time, orders over $35.00 ship
FREE by UPS Ground in the contiguous United States. Orders under
$35.00 ship for only $7.95. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international are not eligible. Flat rate
shipping will be done via UPS Ground and a physical street address will be required (no P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO). If
USPS Priority Mail must be used due to a non-physical street address, the flat shipping rate will be excluded and
actual shipping rates will apply. Expedited shipping, such as UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air, may still be
chosen during checkout, but are not eligible for the flat rate shipping promotion. This shipping promotion does not
apply to previous orders. Please continue reading the rest of our shipping policies both above this section and
below.
United States Shipments
Most orders ship from our Roswell, GA warehouse (zip code 30076), however, there are times when orders will ship
from other warehouses. During checkout, U.S. customers have the option to choose rush shipping options, including
UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. This does not necessarily mean that orders will arrive the next day or in
two days. The shipping option chosen will be used as soon as the order is packed and shipped
(generally within 1-3 business days).
If you have a deadline for an event, please contact us to discuss the best options for
ensuring that your order arrives on time. Otherwise, please see the chart below for an
estimated delivery timeline for orders shipping via UPS Ground from our Georgia warehouse:

Canadian Shipments
All Canadian shipments are subject to tariffs,
duties, and/or brokerage fees implemented by the freight carrier and/or respective government agency. We
are not responsible for any surcharges placed by these third parties, and they will be the sole responsibility of
the customer. Before placing your order, you may check with the carrier for any such fees. If a package
is refused by the customer and sent back to our warehouse, a refund will be issued minus the outgoing shipping
cost, and the cost of the return shipping that we incur. Canadian shipments are subject to inspection by
these intermediaries, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays when the package is in the customs
process. We state the accurate prices for the declared value, and item descriptions, on international
forms and paperwork.
Third Party Shipping
Accounts
Upon request, we can ship orders using a customer's
UPS or FedEx account. Orders using a 3rd Party account must be placed by phone
(770-587-4368) or fax (404-487-8955). No orders placed online can be shipped
using a 3rd Party account.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be made within 10 days of delivery and be pre-approved by having a Return Authorization Number
(RA#). Please open and inspect all contents as soon as possible. All returned items must be in the same new,
unused, and unlaundered condition as when they were shipped. Custom products, including custom sizes, are not
eligible for returns or exchanges. Returned products are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is
processed.
Under no circumstances is expedited shipping refundable (i.e., UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and the
like).
All returns and exchanges must meet the general guidelines detailed above.
Customers may then choose from any one of the three options:
1) Full Refund- there is no restocking fee for returns. The customer will be refunded the
amount of the merchandise within 3 business days after we have received the returned product(s). Outbound shipping
charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
2) Exchange- there is no restocking fee for exchanges. Only an order containing merchandise
of equal value to the original order will be exchanged, not including shipping. Shipping for the new product(s)
will be charged, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. All original merchandise must be
returned and delivered to us prior to our shipping the exchanged goods.
3) Defects or Incorrect Orders- In the rare case that your order arrives and any items are
defective, incorrect items were shipped, or any part of your order is missing, we will correct it at our expense.
We must be notified within 10 days from delivery.

Volume Discounts
Price tiers and volume discounts are based on the same color and same size for each product. We do not offer
split colors and/or sizes for volume discounts. For example, to be eligible for a 10 piece price break, the
customer must order 10 (or more) of the same color, and same size, product.

Risk Free Guarantee
You never have to worry about purchasing from TableSkirtingClip.com with our Risk Free Guarantee. If there is
any reason that you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we'll take it back with no restocking
fee. Compare this to other linen companies that charge anywhere from 25% to 50% restocking fees for
returned merchandise. We can only do this because our customers love our products so much that we feel
more than confident to offer this promise.
Outbound shipping is not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must adhere to our
to our General Return Policies, including return time frame and custom
orders. Under no circumstance is expedited
shipping (such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and the like) refundable.

Fabric Dye Lots
We are able to offer such low prices by sourcing our materials from various factories. For this reason, some of
our fabric will come from different bolts of material, and may not be an exact color match. For example, a navy
blue table skirt may not be an exact match to our navy blue tablecloths. They will both be a shade of navy blue,
but there may be a slight color variation between the two. For customers purchasing table skirting and are
interested in covering the tops of their tables, we recommend using our table toppers with the skirt(s) for a
closer match, rather than using a tablecloth with skirting going around the table edges.
While we do our best to have matching colors, please note that we cannot guarantee or ensure that dye lots will
match between any products. This also includes products that are ordered at different times as we use multiple
sources for fabric, or even if the same source is used, the dye lot may be different from the original order.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped within the state of Georgia. Any organizations within Georgia that
are tax exempt must provide a Tax Exempt ID or Certificate, and the taxed amount will be issued as a refund if the
payment was made by credit card. If the order was processed as a Purchase Order, no sales tax will be added to the
total for qualifying tax exempt organizations in Georgia.

Back Orders
Despite our efforts to maintain inventory levels, there may be rare instances where we are out of stock on ordered
items. In these cases, the customer may choose to have a partial shipment of any in-stock items ordered and wait
for the back ordered item(s) to come in stock, receive a refund for the amount of the back ordered item(s), or
receive a full refund for the amount of the back ordered and in-stock items.

Terms of Sale
A2Z Recognition Products, Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of ninety days from the date of shipment. A2Z Recognition Products,
Inc., at its sole option, will repair or replace any defective merchandise during this warranty period. There
are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of
merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. All such warranties are expressly and specifically
disclaimed. Unless specifically agreed to, in writing, A2Z Recognition Products, Inc. will not be held
responsible for missed delivery dates or the performance of third parties, including but not limited to shipping
companies. In no event will A2Z Recognition Products, Inc. be liable for any direct, special, incidental, or
consequential damages or lost profits.

Typographical Errors
In the event that an item is listed on our website or shopping cart at in incorrect price due to a typographical
