Can I look at a fabric color in person before placing an order?
We strongly encourage it! Because different monitor and browser settings can display colors differently, we strongly suggest that you request a free sample so that you can see the actual fabric color in person. The samples (up to 5 colors) are free, and we also pay the postage!
Can I place my order over the phone?
In order to keep accurate track of inventory, we request that all standard (non custom) products be ordered online. Our customer service staff is available Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM (Eastern) and are happy to assist you with any questions about our products, or placing an order online.
Can I come by and pick up my order from you?
Sure thing! Please note that many of our table linen items are made-to-order, so we strongly advise giving us a call (or emailing us) prior to stopping by to ensure that we have the products ready for pick-up. We're located in Roswell, GA (just north of Atlanta).
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
If you are a government agency (state or federal), or an academic school/college/university, your order may be eligible for Net 15 Terms (payment is due within 15 days of receipt of all merchandise). Orders over $5,000.00 require a 50% deposit. For all other organizations, we offer pre-payment in which production and/or shipping occurs after our receipt of a check.
How long until I receive my order?
Most orders will ship within 1-4 business days, depending on the products ordered. Larger orders may have an additional production or handling time.
Table clips and skirting hangers usually ship within 1 business day. Most of our linen products (table skirts, tablecloths, napkins, etc.) are made to order and have up to a 4 business day production time before shipping. Please note that whenever possible, all items in an order will ship together. So, if table skirting clips and table skirts are ordered, though the clips have a shorter handling time, they will be shipped with the table skirts.
The actual delivery date depends on a variety of factors, including the shipping method chosen and the distance required for transit. For orders with a specific delivery due date, please contact us prior to placing your order.
What if I place my order using a shipping method such as Overnight?
The shipping method that you choose at checkout only tells us how to ship your order when it's ready to ship. It has no bearing on made-to-order items with a production lead time. For example, if you place an order on Monday choosing Overnight, and it takes 2 business days to produce, then your order would ship on Wednesday (when production is completed) for delivery on Thursday. We're happy to work with you in order to meet your deadline, so please contact us for rush orders so that we can help figure out the best way to meet your event date. After all, rush shipping might not even be necessary!
Also, please keep in mind that we ship Monday through Friday. An order placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Friday would likely not ship until Monday at the earliest.
How does your Free Shipping promotion work?
Our free shipping is available for deliveries within the contiguous United States when your subtotal is $75.00 or more. We will choose the carrier and method to ship your order, and delivery could be up to 2 weeks.
Do you ship to a P.O. Box address?
At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please enter a physical street address for shipping.
Do you ship to APO/FPO, or internationally?
We're happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail (FedEx does not service APO/FPO addresses). Please note that the delivery time frame of packages to such addresses can vary widely, and we have no control over the transit time to such locations. For international orders, at this time we only ship to Canada.
Any other discounts for non-profits?
Our business model is based on offering the best pricing upfront to all of our customers, regardless of their affiliation or organization. While we certainly appreciate non-profit organizations for serving a great cause, we also cannot offer further discounts other than our published list and/or sale prices.
